Forgive quickly - what the heck? It all depends on what someone did and just how grievous it was. Forgive someone for accidentally shoving me in a crowded area? Sure. Forgive someone for being a sicko sadist, or doing something else to ruin an spect of my life or someone else's who doesn't deserve to get it? Not so much.
