A moderator of a site received hatred from a troll while on vacation.
She and her family also got bullied in person by people who were connected with them on social media just for being. the "wrong/bad/evil" political persuasion according to the mainstream/Hollywood/NY Times etc. This makes the whole "anti-bullying" cause nothing but a left-wing sham. A polarizing identity politics agenda designed to intimidate or shame certain people into submission or silence.
Let's deal with Tara the Troll, and then there are some lowlights from the discussion that follow, including trolls Kiran and Terry, and other idiocy. The responses to Kiran and Terry are spot on. As usual, edits for language, f-bombs are replaced with "flare".

I do disagree that the left is more apt to behave this way. I think it depends on where you are. I live in small blue dot in a very red state and 20 minutes outside of my wonderful little town, it is a very different world, politically. I've been on the other your end where the (man in this case) was telling me how horrible Clinton was and how great Trump is and how terrible of a person I am for supporting the left. And like you, this was out of the blue at a social gathering. I don't know, maybe I give of a "liberal" vibe..
People like her and the guy I dealt with are exactly why I don't put political bumper stickers on my car or wear a political shirt. Heck, I don't even put political signs in my yard.
