🤥CP: He's just at the foot of my bed. Watching me as I lay awake with that malicious smile.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: I'm really sick of everybody making such a big creep-out deal over that stupid SMILE OF DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM face-hackout job! *Rolling eyes* and if Jeff thinks trying to do an Ed Cullen is cool, he can think again. But nothing he ever does could ever be cool, so he might as well just give up.
🤥CP: He whispers "Go to sleep," then slowly descends down, keeping his eyes locked on mine.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: Descends down to where? and I know of a few pairs of eyes he would not want to "lock" with. One pair in particular.
🤥CP: I'm too afraid to look away
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: what? Usually when you are afraid, looking away is what you want to do.
🤥CP: until he's finally out of my sight.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: So do whatever you can to make that happen. Forget being nice. This freak deserves all the nasty anyone can dish out.
🤥CP: I've never been so frightened.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: *Annoyed sigh* I get it. And he's loving it. I'm not. *Scowl*
🤥CP: I hold my breath, I try not to move.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: I think that's called playing possum.
🤥CP: He can be on any side of my bed but if I truly had to guess, I'd guess he's under it.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: Wait I thought you said he was at the foot end of your bed. If he's under your bed, he's more scared than you are.
🤥CP: I just have to stay alert the whole night, and I can't fall asleep, no matter how exhausted I am.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: Do you really think this loser is just going to hang around and watch you lying still all night long? He'd just make you his play thing anyway, or move on to somewhere else.
🤥CP: If I try to jump off my bed I wonder if I could make it...
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: If you could grab something to club him with, sure.
🤥CP: but...
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: *Sigh*
🤥CP: The alarm rings out and I stir.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: So, what? You must've fallen asleep and dreamed all this.
🤥CP: I'm confused...
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: You're not the only one.
🤥CP: what happened last night?
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: Uh, didn't you just tell me?
🤥CP: Then it hits me, "I fell asleep!"
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: No duh.
🤥CP: and I sit up abruptly.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: And you can now get on with your day.
🤥CP: His eyes are the last things I'll ever see...
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: In that particular dream, but then you just move on with your life once you're awake.
Jeff the killer was never really there. You were just so freaked out by him that it gave you a nightmare.
