🧝♀️Ocean Elf: You've just insured it to be suckish in my opinion. I rarely if ever, crack up laughing at anything hyped as the most hilarious thing to hit whatever decade we're in, and am almost always let down by anything promoted as uber cute, cool, etc. because it turns out not to be.

But this should be a lesson for employers - don't hire people who belong to unions.

🧝♀️Ocean Elf: There was no good news at the time this horrid joke splatted into my inbox. Then, the bad news was that a bunch of good products as well as jobs were snuffed out by selfish unions, the food-cops were all happy happy joy joy, and some doofus decided to make a meme about it.
The good news is that the situation didn't last, and Hostess was back.
😏Meme: that we cannot eat all of their products we grew up with.
🧝♀️Ocean Elf: Yeah I know, it really sucked. No point dwelling on it. Other bakeries should come up with as close to these products as they can in case this happens again, and be careful of the unions.

If twinkies were discontinued at one time, they are back. I found some on a shopping trip in the summer of 2015.
