Good Wednesday morning my friends!

Had a weird sleep last night. Feel rather exhausted so might take a short nap. I am fabulous now! Doing just wonderful. Hard to believe Christmas is only 7 days away! My, how fast them trucks can go. Oh wait a minute, I meant how fast them months can go! Lol!

Folks, as of tomorrow evening, our wonderful driver is gonna be at the closest hospital with me to see whether they can determine what the heck is wrong with my condition. No one in Angoda does anything to me at all, so he is going to ward me at Lunawa Hospital, and this suits me way, way better indeed. At least it’s a beautiful hospital with sweet nursess and kind hearted doctors, etc.

I can talk to psychologists and counselors, unlike Soda Angoda.

I am really looking forward to it. Obviously I won’t have my internet but may take my computer along if there is a big ward there at least,, it’s not like Angoda. I can listen to my music there. I have had enough of Angoda’s nasty treatment. They just take away my facilities when it is not my fault and sperm drinking nishantha says they are punishing my bad behavior. Fuck him!!!!!!Angry smile He has no idea what a mental illness means at Angoda! No one does because nishantha and all the others play with people’s jenitals and get away with that shit!!!Angry smile I am having out of control outbursts and mood swings, emotional outtbursts etc. It’s just not right, and not fair on me and for everyone around me. If they threaten me, I am going to scream at the top of my lungs and go live in a fucking group home. Our dear, supportive friend, Maheen Wick, is not feeling well and is quite distressed. As of tomorrow, he is going to attempt to seek entrance in the Lunawa Hospital, a nice facility, unlike that trashy dump of a psych "hospital" Angoda where he has been held against his will in the past. (The abuses at Angoda are so bad they have been brought to the attention of the United Nations as examples of violations of people's human rights).

We all need to send Maheen our best wishes and heaven-sent prayers for his speedy recovery. He is strssed to the max and needs to get out of the boring "island paradise" of Sri Lanka so he can meet people more commensurate with his more Western tastes and incredibly high intellect. Maheen is a genius of country and western music and needs to live in Nashville with a good Southern girl, not a Third World backwater.

I’m headin’ to a group nursing facility everyone, I’ve had it. I need to enter rehab to get proper treatment for this horrid, severe, nasty emotional and depression. Folks! I am about to have my dinner, but the beautiful doctor informed us that there are a tonne of moskitos at night at Lunawa and I might catch a horrible nasty fever if I do go, but I want you all to know that I am now way more calmer and I never have to dream about going to Angoda ever again. I am gonna go in for an out patient treatment tomorrow morning bright and early, and will come home in the evening. At least at Lunawa I can socialize!!! I was in tears while talking to my sweet angel of a friend Amanda. I told her that I have forgiven Marvin and all the haters. I literally lost it. I sobbed and blamed my self for my outbursts. I do have major anger manic issues and I am a sinner. I know Dr Saman will help tomorrow and the psychologists too. Loads of psychologists come to Lunawa. So, I will be home tonight so Music Man Mark you can send your shares my friend! All’s hunky dorey! Now I am getting help, at, last! No more talk nor PTSD about Angoda now!!! Hurray!!!

I had to lie down and rest. I am officially going offline as of this evening to a beautiful hospital, bless my cousin’s heart, he organized everything. There is a nice room and AC, and now, this suits me so much better. It’s similar to Nawaloka. Your prayers are so much appreciated, you mean so much.

I have to get this toxicity under control with meds, even Dhammi said my whole face does not look good. You all mean the world and things are going to be great great! Christmas is near, but I am trying so hard as I can to be calm it’s hard, but now I am slowly regaining stable. I am trying to be stable. I don’t wanna lose my internet for something that is not my fault like the way I was treated at Angoda. They literally are abusers at Angoda, but now this private hospital is supposed to be extremely wonderful to me. A new DR will come, and I will be so, so happy, I will get some talking therapy and some new meds. At last at private hospitals they are sweet as ever and not confrontational. Every person at Angoda Hospital are confrontational,, it’s not fair. I can’t stand it anymore.

Glad your dad is here. Is he from Canada, or does he live inflorida? Where’s your mom, has she come back from Canada. Okay, ask your dad if you can live some where else in a different country and start to have that conversation as a man to man with your dad. Since you can talk to him.

I cannot even shave with my electtric raiser and can’t even sleep with my night vest on. I had to literally get sweet cook Dhammi to put cool, ice cubes all over my head, shoulders and chest area. Good Diddly Daddy Friday everybody!

Well well well! Dad made it safe to Sri Lanka yesterday! I am as happy as ever! My dear and wonderful cousin Ishan came heere too! He surprised all of us!!! Haha! I am so delighted everyone and this horrible toxicity is vanishing. I got some wonderful CDs yesterday, 2 Ronnie Hawkins LPs converted and some Elvis and Jim Ed Brown albums! I am happy happy happy!!!

Folks, I may go to the hospital today in the late afternoon or early evening to talk to a special doctor about reducing a few of my meds. Even my wonderful dear dad told me that I’m taking too many and he’s absolutely and 100 percent right. I’m taking 6 and it’s a bit too much, so it may be conflicting. All is positive at last! I’m so happy! All is splended and much, much more calmer. I may stay for one night but at least it’s not that trashy Angoda institution, Praise God.

I am gonna be listening to Ronnie Hawkins today and Jim Ed Brown! I am gonna have a nice rice dinner tonight! Christmas is near yay yay! We will have a happy one, not a sad one.

DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:

I believe the holidays are the loneliest time of the year. Everywhere you look, people are told they’re supposed to be happy when they realize they’re not. They see everybody else acting happy, and they feel so lonely. Just walking down the mall can make you feel lonely.

When I’m discouraged, His presence sees me through. When I’m lonely His presence cheers me up. When I’m worried, His presence calms me down. And when I am tempted, His presence will help me out. Psalm 116:8 says, “For Thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.”

ACTION POINT:

We need to practice the presence of Jesus this coming year. If you are lonely this holiday season, write down these words from Hebrews 13:5 and post them where you can see them. “…for He hath said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’” Greek scholars say that a better translation is “I will never, no never, leave you nor forsake you.” Believe it. Rely upon it.

Okay, went on the treadmill today, and having some down time for the next couple of weeks. Mom is going to get some paint this weekend, and paint my furniture for my bedroom. Also today watched doc martin, star trek the next generation, voyager. And now just editing a assignment for my gaming course and it is a multiplayer game, a air hockey, pinball and battle game. So working my way through that.

And for dinner had half a Cornish pasty and half a chunky meat pie. And did indulge. Had a piece of nice sticky shop bought cake, madera, I think with sticky icing and had my coffee.

Yum.

So that’s Friday for you. and listening to a book called 47 australian heroes. And will be getting a new dasi device, as vision Australia not sending out any more books on cd / dvd, you have three options, a 3g player for $99 a year, a free plextalk wifi player or the new envoy connect, which you then connect to your device, and it has software to download books from the vision Australia I access website, and then has 6 buttons, and also is solar, and it costs $75, but as a member of the vision Australia library since 2012. And it is about the size of a small transistor radio. Has 6 buttons, a rocker slider for volume up and down and speed, a book shelf button to cycle through the list of books, a sleep timer, then rewind, play / pause / stop, and fast forward, you hold the play button down for 3 secs to power it on, three secs to power it down. And has at least 8 to 10 hours. So going with that one.

Why is it that people can’t be polite and respectful now that the holidays are approaching? I can’t take this nonsense any further. This is too much.

I am trying to be patient, but it’s just ain’t working. Dad counseled me so much yesterday, but one thing that bothered the hell out of me is when he says I can’t use excuses because of my Norries and my condition when I have outbursts. That’s it. No one understands and I will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in my bedroom lying down. This depression and emotional state has gotten so severe people just enjoy treating me like dirt. So be it. I am not brushing my teeth at all nor going close to anyone! People are so self sentered. It is absolutely not an excuse. I have a genetic condition, and a psychiatric disorder. All these Dark Asians enjoy punishing me and hurting me! I’m sorry but dad’s comment about that insulted me. I don’t wanna live any where near Sri Lankans. If Sri Lankans enjoy hurting me and treating me like trash so be it.

Christmas is just around the corner, an this is the way I get treated? This is so undeserved. People all over me are treating me unfairly. I just plain don’t get what’s wrong with people nowadays. It’s beyond pethetic. I’m not spending Christmas at all with my family. Be that way then! Treat me like dirt and you will learn a huge lesson from me! Darn it?

Thanks . the same to you. have met some bitter blind people, and not the easiest to get along. But well, they don’t make friends very easy, and so was not attracted to them as a friend. And made other friends, who were nice, had nice personalities, and even one guy played the sax. So, understand. Glad most of your blind friends are nice, don’t have a chip on their shoulder, and not nasty or bitter.

And just try to get on the best way they can, in their circumstances. They cannot change that they have low vision, visually impaired or totally or almost totally blind. No bionic eyes, yet or surgery or other devices to help them to see. I try to do the best I can, and I cannot change that, so have accepted my situation, and don’t have hangups, and use my cane with my parent, friends or other people, to show I am blind. I don’t have a hangup. That’s just me and interested in people, but not to be a busy body.

So, this clinic is open over Christmas / new year, very busy time.

Hope you get the treatment, and the care and the new dr to listen to you, and understands. Hope he or she speaks excellent English. Not a slight, but with other cultures, like Asians, they do have a bit of an accent, and no slure on them, just they way they have learnt English. So if you can get some dr, they may be from the uk, us, even Australia, get a good one, who is not too young, no too old, mid 30’s or 40, has had experience dealing with patients, understands you, and then can review your medical files. If you can get them to then review your meds, and then better ways to reduce your meds, without skimping on your mental and physical health.

Good luck. Proud to call you a dear and good friend. Even though are ups and downs, do respect you, and you are a decent person, what others say.

Have had long enough time to form this opinion and this is my own opinion.

Decent human, we all have flaws, and am the first to admit it not perfect, but try to be kind and try to help. And have lost some friends or people along the way. Not my fault, they either moved away, or just moved in different circles and no longer friends. Thank you very much! Most if not all the doctors in SL speak very good English, but some don’t understand my accent too well. I do talk in my Sinhalese accent to my uncle Emal as he never studied in America or Canada, you know. He can’t understand the American/Canadian/British accent, so it’s hard for him to socialize. this happened once. All is gonna gow ell. I have lost people as friends and they no longer wanna forgive, so it’s their loss. You are a decent brother too Marvin, you ar very, very kind. It’s a new year comin’ up, so all is gonna work out. Okay, no problems. Don’t like ginger tea, regular tea. Drink nerida tea, we have in Australia. Just about to have my nescafe gold classic coffee, which I purchased the other day.

Very good. Just had dinner about 30 minutes ago, or about 40 minutes, had very tender steak, onions, mashed potatoes and green beans, with gravy from when mom purchased and chips from last week and froze the gravy. Very yummy. Actually in the frige is jelly and custard, that’s for tomorrow night, having some potato chips and chocolate soon.

Hey folks! I have a very good update for you. Dad is looking into a good doctor similar to Dr Saman who is closer, so this is great! I won’t complicate things. I am gonna try to stay strong and be calm and cool.

I’m having rice with lentils, beans, spinach and chicken tonight for dinner! I’m enjoying all this great music.

I have created a brand new group on Facebook for Christian Warriors with a mental illness. This means the world to me because I care very deeply about the mentally ill, even for the poor souls at Angoda who have to put up with abuse. It’s true I have run these patients down in the passed, but now I have realized that they need help and friends just like I do. I have a minor psychiatric disorder, but I’m not insane. I am blessed. Some of these staff treat the mentally ill very cruel, and this has happened to me but not at the group home. For some odd reason, the stafff all faver me more and love me more and treat me so sweetly, so kindly and with such tenderness and you’ll never know how much this truly means to me. All the others they get angry and they scold, be strict etc, but with me, me being the only blind patient, they all treat me so sweetly and nicely. God bless them and you! They respect me more.

All will be OK. They all asured me it is a private hospital I’m going to. It’s gonna be wonderful!

Jesus came to a manger for you and for me. He willingly left the glories and riches of heaven to be born in a stable.

Jesus became poor so we might become rich. He lived a life of such abject poverty that when He had to pay taxes, He had to look for a coin in a fish’s mouth. When He sent out His disciples, He told them to take nothing but a staff and the power of the Holy Spirit (Mark 6:7-9). He was put to death like a common criminal so that we could wear a royal robe!

Child of God, you are rich! I am rich! Praise God!

ACTION POINT:

I have received a long apology from one of my worst enemies, Andrew Edgcumbe. You know what I did? I replied, and accepted his apology, but I am not wriing him frequently like I do to you. Marvin bro I know I have accepted your apology and you are at least no where near Bob and Andrew. Bob and Andrew are too toxic, but Andrew I am gonna be extra, extra! cautious.

He wants me to make up now that the holidays are here, and I forgave him.I am trying to step back and he will not be allowed on our groups. He wants to be friends, so I just said Andrew, bro, you are forgiven. I am not like these other passed dwellers. I told him the passed is the passed, but this is the last and I mean, very last chance. If he blows it one more time, no more.

Well, I’m not sure what my New Year’s resolution will be. I’ll have to think on that, and let you know. I New Year’s Eve, I will be visiting a family that I know very well. They will be receiving their box of toffee that night. One of my moms friends, who are used to go to church with, will also be receiving a box of toffee on Christmas. As for what I’m getting, I have no idea. I’ve got two days to wait and see. I received two things in the mail from a friend.. A beautiful Christmas tree ornament of Luke Skywalker, and an incoming holiday greeting from the counter part of the protocol droid C-3PO, R2-D2. I wonder what else I will receive for Christmas. Remember the BB eight droid I let you hear on the recording? Well, he no longer talks, and his batteries are very hard to get in and take out. I’m hoping to receive a better BB eight droid that I can handle.

Hi all.

I went to the Christmas party at C F L yesterday.

I went earlier than I usually do on Friday afternoons.

I got picked up just after 12. Then we went to pick someone else up.

Then we started off with a buffet lunch consisting of pork pie, sausage rolls, pizza, samosa's. Also there was little tomato's, cucumber. Cold slaugh. Pickle.

Then for dessert I had chocolate trifle.

Then we had some sketches that had been done by the various projects.

I was involved in the design and media project where I go on my computer on Wednesday mornings. We did our sketch. We did a song called I'm the happiest Christmas tree. It was a song that had originally been done by Nat King Cole. I was playing the bells.

Then the sketch we did with the music project was a instrumental where again I played the bells.

The sketches finished just after 3.

I spent the rest of the afternoon with the music project. We played some games and did some singing.

Then I got back home around about 5.

Firstly, thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me so much support and reaching out to me. You all are my life and I love you very deeply. I am going for a special Christmas party at a hotel this afternoon with family and friends! Can’t wait! I can get out of the house today!! Hi. I back up every thing on to one external drive, and if my Toshiba dies, next machine I am going to get is a Lenovo. Mom got a brand new one, and help set it up. And it does not have a dvd drive, latest intel chip set, 4 gb ram, two hard drives, a 1 terabyte drive, which is the standard spinning hard disks, and a 128 gb solid state drive, where no spinning platters or disks. And 12 monhts. Warranty . has windows 10 not sure if home or pro. Did not figure that one out. And a 14 inch screen. The main reason why she upgraded, was using my old 10 year old Toshiba satellite a300 and the audio starting to play up, and was using windows vista. So, she smashed it up. Did try to format three times, but would not let me. So, next machine if it dies next year or want a new machine. Had this one 4.5 years. Most laptops should last at least 4 to 5 years. Before it starts then to get a bit too old. And then newer tech and newer features. Don’t care for the screen, if it is a 13 inch, 14 inch, and then it runs real fast. So. Will be getting a Lenovo which used to be igm, but has a good reputation, and get one with a dvd player and burner if possible. So then if I need to play stuff or install. Just in case, the internet does go down. Do get a excellent connection.

Toshiba’s did have a good reputation, and their consumer division got sold off to a another firm in china. They only sell business machines in Australia, which are quite expensive, and can go up to $3,000. My brother had a dell, but had to take it back, or get his money refunded. The mouse would not respond and he would be waiting 5 to 10 secs for any response. Got a dud model. Not sure what he has got. Will be seeing him on Wednesday at his place for a get together. So will ask him.

Happy with both toshibas, and happy with the after sales service and help with purchasing other stuff. The Toshiba shop closed down online in Australia. Did use to purchase few things. We have Harvey norman in Australia.

Back from our party with a disaster!

Hey folks! We returned home from our party, but it turned out to be a complete annoyance and disaster! I got ready, then with no warning at all, I began having a major sneazing fit and couldn’t seem to control it! My nose started running, my throat was all scratchy, oh it was nasty. I then immediately took some Vitamin C and then went, but it turned out to be very annoying. I was sneazing like there was no tomorrow!

I ate some birthday cake as it is my aunt’s birthdya too! We had a lovely chocolate cake, and I made a short speech in spite of this alergy. That is one of the things I love doing. Making speeches. I love to put humour in my speeches.

We then had fried rice with pork, egg, shrimp and beans. It tasted absolutely delicious! Then I came back home and took two tylenols. Slowly I’m starting to feel better. Dhammi said to me that when she ironed my t-shirt, there was dust. I am badly alergic to dust and had she known this I wouldn’t have gotten this alergy. Now it seems to be subsiding. I’m gonna have hopper for dinner tonight so will have a very light dinner. I am full full full lol! Had 2 big plates of fried rice.

We are going to have a heat wave this week as summer in Australia. Quite a few fire warnings and total bans in some areas of our state, south Australia tomorrow.

from Monday December 24, going to be 34, then December 25, 35, and same for wed. then a stinker for the rest of the week, 41, 40, 36 or 37, even new year’s eve going to be 35. So will have the air con, but we only live 3 or 3.5 kph from the sea, so do get a sea breeze in the evenings. And do have a fan in my bedroom.so it’s going to be very hot.

Should I send some of my hot weather to you people who are suffering the cold.

Hi All.

What a nice day at church today.

This morning I went to church as usual. That started at 11A M the usual time. It was the carol service, / a family service.

I had a couple of cup cakes. They were Reindeer cakes. They were nice.

Then after the service I had a nice piece of fruit cake.

The service had one or two groups of children performing. They were brilliant.

A few people did bible readings.

Of course carols along the way.

Then I came back home just before 1P M.

For lunch I had a cheese and beetroot sandwich that the carer had made me this morning.

After that I had a apple mullah rice.

Then I sat in my chair listening to local radio to my football team Leeds United.

They were playing away. They were 2 goals down after 17 minutes.

Then in the second half Leeds United scored a goal, then another to equalise. Then right at the end of the game almost seconds away from the end, Leeds scored the winning goal making it 3 goals to 2 in Leeds united favour.

Then I got picked up just after 4.30 to go back to church to a little service we have never done before, carols by candlelight. That was clearly a success.

Of course it was dark in the room apart from the candles on each table, hence the name candlelight.

There we had carols and readings, people talking about there favourite carols.

That lasted about 3 quarters of an hour.

Then we had refreshments consisting of cakes including the old traditional mince pies. One of the guys told me that he thought there was about 90 people there.

I eventually got back home about 6.45.

It’s a happy Christmas Eve Monday, and boy I am delighted today! Chrristmas Day will be tomorrow! Man, hard to believe the days go by quickly! I know I am gonna have a fantastic time with my family and all of you too! Can’t wait!

I received some Eddie Noack music! Eddie has always been a favorite of mine. He’s an under rated singer who wrote one of my favorites, These Hands. Hank Snow recorded it, and Lefty recorded it too! Love Eddie!

I am having Cheerios for breakfast, and some peanut butter sandwiches for lunch, and rice for din din!

I had a horrible alergy yesterday but it’s subsiding. Hate alergies lol! I know Christmas Day is gonna be a lotta fun.

Nirosh came in and said that I have to go for counseling, once a week, and he is absolutely and 100 percent correct. I have lots of issues I have to discuss with Sandhy, and that’s absolutely right on. Sandhy will be able to help with it all. She is wonderful! No need to take so much meds and Nirosh is right! Risperdal is very important to me.

Well I will listen to Eddie Noack and Ronnie Hawkins today!

Folks, I sincerely hope you all will have a very merry, merry Christmas. I am feeling awful. I don’t know how long I can stand it.

Ishan my wonderful dear cousin took me out for lunch today and we had fun. I told him about the issue I’m going through and he so politely supported me and advised me. This is so hard for me that Christmas Day is tomorrow. As I am typing this, tears are streaming down my eyes. I’m bawling. Wish Ray Walker was here. I’m listening to Jimmie Davis and the Jordanaires in tears. I can’t take it anymore. I feel like I am gonna have a serious melt down.

Have a nice holidays. I don't celebratechristmas. And new year's so don't take this the wrong day. Going out to breakfast at a friends place.

Then Wednesday going up to my brother's place in the hills.hopefully a bit cooler then 35 on the plains in Adelaide. And then will have some good food, maybe a cold beer, do drink in moderation one or two beers, or maybe a beer and a wine. But not driving. So have a warm, cool holiday season and to a more productive 2019.

For dinner I had ravioli and then for dessert had a piece of ginger cake with butter. Mom made a French loaf bread, and tomorrow morning going to make a biscotten torte to take to my brothers place. You it with niece biscuits, rum or brandy, almond chrushed nuts, and supposed to make it with uncooled egg, but not putting this in, a bit dogy, and mom does not want to get food poisioning again, and really has not really got over it over 3 years ago. And then you build thebiscuits, brandy, almond paste and nuts, layers, 7 or 8 or 9, then you set it in the fridge for 24 hours, then when you take it out, finish it off with whipped vream and more almonds and brandy on the top. Very rich. Put pounds on sorry.

And maybe one giant one or two small ones, as my sister and her family are coming up as well. Get cheap turkeys and cooking them on the b.b.q.

Finally I can't take it anymore

This deep depression has gotten so bad, bless my wonderful cousin and brother, Ishan, he is gonna take me to help on the 26th. I am literally bawling my eyes out. He and everyone around me could see that I’m all messed up and having this severe guilt and emotional pain and trauma, it’s so bad.

I don’t know how I will be able to celebrate Christmas tomorrow, so I told everyone I’m gonna spend it upstairs in my bedroom in bed. I can’t cry anymore. I am most likely going to get admitted to the beautiful angel of a hospital with sweet nurses, Nawaloka. I am so much in pain. Not fair. I can’t be abused like this anymore. This toxic abuse I keep getting has even affected my memory. When I went out for lunch, I had to repeat myself, did I turn my laptop off? I am becoming forgetful. This is so wrong and very, very upsetting. Something needs to be done immediately. I love and care about you, very much. My wonderful dad is so supportive too, he is gonna help.

Went out to a friends place for brunch, had it about 10 or 10:30 am. Had bacon, chipolata beef and pork sausages, hash brown, fried egg with spicy beans sulcer with chillee, some baked beans, and some bread, then had a glass of juice, and then for afters had chocolate and coconut mousse, and a coffee. Then had a chat.

Very nice. Having some home made bread for dinner later on tonight.

Well well well good Tuesday morning to each and everybody!

Folks, I literally snapped out of my depression and anxiety, and dad is gonna help me and so will Ishan my dear cousin!!! I am going to officially taper my ADHD med, Strattera, and try to order a drug called Paroxetine Paxil. Paxil, is supposed to be one of the best meds for depression. I gave the WebMD link to dad! He is going to check.

If some of you remember, Trazodone didn’t work properly, but Paxil is supposed to be way better. The Strattera Atomoxetine causes severe annoyance, rage, anger, depression and hostility. I no longer wanna continue this, so with the help of dad and the DR, they are gonna help me taper it. Hopefully if it is available or dan is gonna order it, I can take Paroxetine.

I had a nice lunch of chicken nuggest and sausages, and some chocolate and Vanilla icecream! Yummy to your tummy! and for din din I am gonna have yellow rice with prawns, potatoes and pork! Oh my gosh, I am literally a different person now! I am gonna get help at last! My 2019 career, is officially starting! I played some Hank Locklin music on the piano, and some Jerry Lee Lewis! I played and sang my heart out, Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On! I am so happy, it is like another world for me now! Every single person asured me that things will be fine and dad is ever so helpful and supportive just like all of you. I may stay overnight at the Nawaloka private hospital, but will keep you updated!

Well neighbors, I hope you have a happy, and funf illed Christmas Day today, and may all your Santa dreams come true! Hopee you get the wonderful gifts you have been wanting from ho ho ho ho Santa! I’m gonna be listening to Eddy Arnold and Porter Wagoner.

Sounds good. Way too hot here, 37 c, and going to be 38 or 39 tomorrow, 41, and 40 Thursday and Friday. Going up to my brother’s place tomorrow. He has a gas b.b.q, and a outdoor area, and a indoor area in his house. Like a part of the house, with a covered roof, but a table, some bar stools or bar lounge, and some chairs. Going to have turkey, vegetables or salad. Not sure we may have ice cream, or some thing and even may have a wine or a beer.

My oh my, do you wanna say goodbye! Lol! It’s raining like the dickens out there! Thundering and raining, I couldn’t call anyone but now it is subsiding.

Folks, as of tomorrow, I am gonna slowly be tapering the Strattera, and the pharmacist suggested I take 5 MG for 3 days in the morning. I will take a special Polybion Vitamin to ease any withdrawal symptoms, but I should be all good to go. I took 20 MG earlier. I can’t be having these outbursts and rage, depression etc. I do know some ADHD meds have negative side effects.

Today, I received a t-shirt from Nirosh, and an extremely beautiful chain from dad. It’s called in Sinhala, Hatharang Chain. The Our Lady medal is in this beautiful chain, and Jesus is with me too. Now I know all my fears and anxiety will all sease. It’s very, very inspiring. I’m full of happiness and joy now!

Gonna have my Christmas dinner soon! I feel wonderful! Dad is so good to me so is Nirosh and Ishan.

Yeah, going to be hot, and sun level for my area going to be 13, which is extreme. So in Australia, wear long sleeve clothing, slip on sun screen, a hat and sunglasses if going out in the hot sun. melanoma is one of the most dangerous skin cancers.

So will be staying inside, when I get to my brother’s place and going later on this afternoon, just after lunch. Only take about 45 minutes to get their. So my mom is taking potato salad with bacon and salami, and a nice rich dessert, bicotten torte.

With cream.

Yum. And having turkey and other salad.

Going to be a great day.

It’s Boxing Day today! I certainly hope every single one of you had a very merry Christmas yesterday! I know it was fun! Our family had a wonderful happy one! Got some clothes and a beautiful chain. I will email you the picture of it!

You know, Facebook is starting to become so screwed up for the blind, especially. IT’s getting so ridiculous, my cousin and I installed firefox, and he saw the picture when I tried posting on my FB groups, but when I tried it the second time again! it asks me for this dumb security code. I am almost at my wit’s end with Facebook due to Mark Zuckerburg’s silly changes. It’s so retarded, it’s not even funny! Seriously! The site is becoming toxic and stupid! Ishan said that microsoft edge is gonna soon be better. I so agree with my screen reader jaws version 2019! I’ll get dad to buy it. I do know IE is gonna soon be history.

I have so many groups and I don’t wanna leave. I have every bit of right to be on FB like everyone else. If worst comes to worse I will install web visum. This is absolutely pethetic! I cannot even edit the name nor change my groups now! Now Zuckerburg has pushed me way too far this time. I am gonna make a petition on change.org, and I will! tell all of you to sign it begging Facebook to quit changing things that are imposible for the blind.

Christmas Day is past, but Resurrection Day is coming soon, and I don’t mean Easter. I mean the Second Coming of Our Lord. Jesus said it: “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

It’s imminently on the horizon. He is coming again. And that’s not just a nice thing to think about; that’s rock-ribbed truth! Jesus is coming again!

ACTION POINT:

If you’re saying goodbye to loved ones today or in the next few days, remember this word of encouragement. And if you see one of them who is discouraged, share this truth with them. For those in Christ, one day soon, we will never know separation again.

Went up about 12 pm to my brothers place. Got there about 1 pm. Had a bottle of crown larger beer, some nibbles, potato chips, cheese wedges, crackers. Had a chat and a natter. Then had a cup of tea. Then about 6:00 or 6:30 pm had dinner. Had another bottle of crown larger beer. We had turkey, and had some meat and then a nice large wing or leg with salad. Lettuce, cheese pieces, cucumber, potato salad, with bacon and salami. Very yummy. Then for dessert had some biscotten torte and some pavlova.and now got home about 9 pm. And then just had my coffee and now chilling out.

I can’t tell you how happy I am today after slowly tapering the Strattera. I am officially will be stopping it on Saturday.

Dad is so good in counseling me. He said that I have to work hard on managing my anger. He’s 100 percent correct. I now am working so hard in controling my temper and patience. It’s not always easy, but I am now working very hard. I have no more depression at all nor anxiety after taking the 4 Milligram of Strattera this morning! I took 20 MG earlier and the effects were quite bad. I have gotten over thinking about you know who now!

I am having a delicious pork dinner with rice, lentils and beans! Yum! Love my beans. Beans are very good for you. A dear friend of mine have dried pinto beans and I would love to get some of those ones! Not sure if they have pinto beans inSL. Beans will always be my favorite vegetable!

Oh! My! goodness oh friends friends, this brought tears to my eyes today!!!

Well how about that! The legendary, down to earth bass singer from the Jordanaires, Mr. Ray Walker emailed me yesterday!!! This made me cry with happiness. What a man. He has backed nearly thousands of singers and groups in country and pop and rock music! Of course, who are they famous for backing up? Yes indeed, the King Of Rock And Roll, Elvis!!! Oh my gosh this truly mmade my day today! Coming from a celebrity, this just totally made my whole Christmas and New Year for next year! Coming froma down to earth musician like Mr. Ray Walker, this really says how wonderful he is. The Jordanaires, are my favorite group along with the Anita Kerr Quartet and the Plainsmen Quartet.

Oh friends, it was an absolute thrill indeed to have heard from Ray Walker of the Jordanaires. He is very down to earth and it was a tremendous thrill. One of my favorites! Everything’s going greath ere!

I had peanut butter sandwiches for breaky, no luncy munch munch, but for dinner rice and curry!

It’s hard to believe 2018 is coming to an end! I love my friends and family so much. You all are my life. I will listen to Elvis and Justin Tubb today!

I also agree with the petition. It’s not right, that someone is cyber bullying you. It’s not fair, and it needs to be stopped. Bullying should not be going on in general. In fact, kids have been known to literally commit suicide because of it.

Yes, kids have indeed commited suicide due to it, especially poor dear Amanda Todd. I hate tos ay it sweety but her name was Amanda also. You can read all about her tragic, horrible life on wikipedia. I just hope people will start realizing that bullying especially cyber bullying, needs to be stopped!

I agree. Not only does cyber bullying need to be stopped, but bullying needs to be stopped in general. Whether it be on The Internet, in person, or at school, it needs to cease. It is not good, that bullying happens all the time. When bullying does happen, as I’ve said before, people have been known to commit suicide. When I was in high school, I heard about a Young man who is being ill treated by his parents. House was a mess, the bathtub was soiled, and he couldn’t even take a shower. Things got so bad, that he whelmed up committing suicide by hanging. I think, if I remember right, someone found him hanging there in his closet.
