Folks, I just got off the phone with Nirosh my cousin, and my chest is excruciatingly hurting and I am in severe emotional distress, it has gotten so severe he is gonna channel a docttor at Nawaloka, or some hospital. I told him I’m trying my upmost best to be calm, but my God I may have high blood pressure and warned him about the seriousness of this. I am not sleeping well anymore either now, but I am trying and trying God, I am trying! to stay calm and not be angry and I’m trying to do well, but I can’t keep having these episodes. I can’t keep going through this nonsense. I will go to Nawaloka, for two/3 days, to calm down. I need treatment, urgently.

Some idiot client, reported Sandhy to the police, for simply! not answering this client, and said to the police that Sandhy is not doing her job and duty as a counselor properly! Imagine! I love her so much and told her I would never do such a dumb retarded thing like that. I do not care if the police wants to get me for this, and you know what,, I am not afraid. I am brave and if they do get me, I will never come home and will live in either a hospital or a group home. I really can’t care less anymore. These people! they need, to quit sticking, their noses, where it does not belong. I love Sandhy, and said I have her back completely. Now they want Nirosh and myself to go to court, but guess what? I’m not going! Nirosh, can go. but this jackass of a client did this really, really horible thing. I do not know what is the matter with these third graders in SL. Already things are turning around, and I have to take care of sweet Sandhy, over such pettiness.
Everybody in Sri Lankan the thirde world are uneduccated, brainless retards. They are also saying she should call the police on me and Nirosh and I are going to court. Well? This time, I am standing up for myself. Nirosh can go, but I am not. These authorities inSL need to quit sticking their nose out of people’s businesses, and understand be rational towards the mentally ill without threatening with pollice. I’m not having this! I had a good sleep and fell asleep again after hearing some very very disturbing news from my therapist. I feel absolutely beyond terrible for Sandhy. Some things just absolutely make no sense. I am apalled and speechless. I love Sandhy, so muc. Things will settle down dear, I told her this. I don’t want to go to court.
I had some egg rolls for breakfast, and rice for dinner!
Well! I will be praying for Bob Edenhofer like always and all of you. This gentleman is so wonderful now is helping me tremendously. I do not want Sandhy to be in trouble for something she did not even do. What her client did, was an absolutely stupid, stupid, inexcusable, atrotious, thing to do. I am definitely standing up for her!!! These people need to get a life and grow the cotton pickin’ heck up. Yes, I can understand if she’s busy, but you don’t go around calling police over counselors who can’t counsel 24 7? They have a life!!! These brainless, retard Sri Lankan people are so?? uneducated and selfish! I had to sleep. I’m so disturbed right now, it’s unbelievable! These people want attention, attention, attention! This brainless, worthless retard showed the police every one of Sandhy’s messages, made a print out, etc! I’ll tell you this! Some good news. I have just found out that this nasty patient is going to a hospital to seak treatment for doing this horrible, disturbing thing to Sandhy. This was completely unacceptable and undeserved, and I know if I did that, I would go too. I am trying to calm her down. She is seriously hurt, God love her. I will tone down my wordings when I write from now on too. People just have to realize that I have an illness and the P word is not the answer all the time, you know. Only if I were to do something major. They are trying to control Sandhy and Vasantha our driver is gonna talk to the police. It seems like everytime when someone talks in Sinhala I get misunderstood and later somone has to clear it up. Thias happens so many times, you know. I don’t understand Sinhala all that well. Folks, I am beyond overjoyed. Our wonderful helper and cook, Dhammi, had a brief talk to Sandhy, and we were told that this very disturbed patient will go to Angoda or somewhere to get treatment, and maybe be warded for a very long time. What he did today was thoroughly inexcusable and unacceptable, big time. Very unforgivable, and I hope he doesn’t go to Sandhy again. I know that sounds harsh, but it’s the truth. No one has the right to print out things on a counselor’s timeline, and I hope Sandhy has him blocked for good! I know if she doesn’t take my messages, what is the important word? Patience! This person obviously is not patient. I won’t call him bad names because he obviously is mentally ill very mentally ill, but what he did today he needs to be punished!
I am officially gonna be starting Valium everyone. I have been minorly anxious and depressed lately, but no way hostile and I’m very strong about all this I don’t honestly know how long I will take it for but for now it’s for the best. Sandhy said I am her favorite client, and this touched my heart and moved me to tears! I am listening to Marty Robbins now! Dhammi’s preparing rice, carola, which means dried fish, chicken, beans, lentils and spinach! Yum! All is gonna work out very well for me. I know it! I will soon get my order which dad is gonna work on! Valium will calm this paranoia don. I am seriously, seriously disturbed with this patient of hers.

Hope all of you are keeping well! I took the Valium last night and I slept very,, very well. Doing extremely wonderful with it.
I have some extremely sad news. The friend I had who now no longer doesn’t wanna talk to me, her mother called me, “crazy.” I was told this last night. Well, I feel horrible for this. I never meant to trigger this person and her mother so much. I tried to apologize, but I’m not gonna do it anymore. Just been feeling terribly sorry for myself. I just don’t feel the same anymore.
Folks, I had 8, hot dogs this morning, and rice for dinner. Dad’s gonna transfer the funds for my new order. I will listen to Jimmie Davis and Bobby Helms. This is all not right.. All my fault. I had 8 hot dogs and will eat 6 plates of rice. This is not right.

Update... Maheen has now develop major depressive disorder and now say he can’t eat and hold any food nor beverages down. This is very, very sad because people are running him down left and right. It has at this point gotten so bad... Maheen may have more than likely develop sugar, pressure issues and heart disease. He is complaining he can’t go on like this being abused and begging either his mum and dad to come to SL urgently. Leonard did a extreme bad thing to him today... He is unacceptable in this house and we are going to try and find an English nurse, a proper, trained one. Maheen is also complaining of Leonard’s constant annoying repeatable coughing and clearing his throat loudly all day. Now, the doctors are telling us to get Maheen to wipe out Facebook and perminantly delete his account, and Maheen even said that it’s for the best Doctor.. Maheen say he has one email group, which is safe, but now DR say to us Facebook is not safe any more. He say he has group IO one or something...

I just came home from the Aciri Medical Center and Nirosh’s precious mom, Ira Aunty is here. This really made my day and boosted my spirits. Her sister is a retired doctor, so she told me that these bullies are justso self sentered, and I told her about my dear dear buddies Raymond, Bob Edenhofer, Amanda, Rachel and so many others Steven included. I told her how much I still adore and care deeply for Amanda. It’s OK. I completely understand if she doesn’t wanna talk to me. All I ask is you to please, please pray. Everybody are so thrilled that I am not throwing tantrums. Sometimes Leonard really gets up my skin, though. Ira Aunty gently told me to keep a margin for Leonard, which I promise I will. It’s hard when he doesn’t understand my psychiatric issues. He really gets on my nerves sometimes, but I will continue staying calm.Everybody asured me no police will come if I continue staying calm and happy like this. I am not even angry anymore. I can’t wait to see Dr Saman next.

You’ll never, never know, just how much, I sincerely appreciate my wonderful cousin and brother Nirosh. Dad as well. I am so happy right now, I can’t begin to express to you.
Nirosh and all my family God love them, I know you are too, they are all very concerned because it seems like every day I am having some panic probemms, emotional pain, anxiety etc. Folks, I am absolutely, never ever going to go to Angoda. Nirosh told me that I am no longer aggressive, no longer behaving boisterous etc. Only problem is I am bursting into tears all the time and keep panicking. It’s not healthy he said and he’s 100 percent correct. I feel terrible for the emails I have been sending ranting. I am so very, very lucky. I am really going to calm down now. Nirosh is going to talk to Dr Saman tomorrow morning, and I will be seeing him most likely next week at a clinic to get some advice and counseling through him.
Nirosh said something to me which is absolutely true and he is 100 percent correct. He is also going to get me to do activities and I am going to go to church next week to light candles and get a blessing. I am no longer gonna stay glued to the house from tomorrow.
Folks, I am addicted, to Facebook, and then end up getting hurrt. I am going to ask Dr Saman his opinion about this, because Nirosh warned me that if I keep getting stressed out like this crying and getting emotional every single day, it’s gonna give me pressure. I really, seriously need to watch my health, weight etc. He is 100 percent right and Nirosh said to go to my Aunt Ira’s from next week, and I will. I promise. I am glued to the house all day and that is not helping, but Nirosh said that when people have depression, play the piano, so guess what? I am from tomorrow, gonna play for 1 hour some nice country songs! Dear Thaththi, I will wait til Monday for you to transfer the money to Tim. Promise. Tomorrow is gonna be a brand new fresh start! They are all so worried that I might get sick if I keep thinking too much about the one I love who have abandoned me. I really love you and mom, dad, Nirosh are all scared and very worried and I definitely don’t blame them. I promised him that I will never wake up mom and dad again, and I will be very, very cautious what I write in emails. I am going to keep the bullies blocked. He also said to cut down on my caffeine intake, which I will. I am drinking too much tea and coffee too. Now, I feel, a lot, at peace. Ammi and Thaththi, please, please accept my sincerest apology if I had stressed you out in any way. I am a lot at ease and will go to the docttor next week, and folks, if there is any reason for me to be admitted, it will not be at Angoda. It will be a beautiful safe hospital, but anyway, I don’t have to be admitted at all unless if I behave badly. I told Nirosh that at Angoda, I feel very threatened and unsafe due to violence, but it’s not going to happen at all. I am blessed very, very blessed. Love you!!! Nirosh counseled me for 20 minutes, and I will go to see Sandhy. Promise! He is going to take me dinner out too! I am going to start getting out and doing things, from tomorrow. Yay! Look at how much beautiful people I have in my life. No need to stress myself out with these nasty hateful people. Nirosh is right! Now, I am gonna take dad’s and Nirosh’s advice, all your advice.
