I have just received word that my wonderful beloved dearest grandmother whom we all offectionally call Mimi, her name is Marcia, is in the hospital. She is very ill and I am really really scared sick. God love her, I am so so worried sick. Please, oh please keep Mimi in your prayers everyone, we love her dearly. She’s 92. I wanna see her so much, she raised me ever since I was a little baby back when I was 3 years old. I am so worried.

Dear, dear lovelies, at this moment, my hands and chest are really making it incomffortable me for realx. I am going to lunawa most likely in a couple hours to get a injection to help me calm my nerves. I am so anxious bad and my panic attacks have gotten so severe. I am definitely, efinitely not aggressiven or angry what so ever now. I am so emotional about Mimi my sweet angel of a garndmother, plus I am worried sick about how things will go with my new DR. Everybody are so sweet and kind to me, I am so restless. Last night Dhammi had to help me put toothpaste because Imy hands were shaking uncontrolably, still are. After what Ms. Hargreaves did, and now hearing about dear Mimi, now the new appointment, I am so nervous sick.

Got a toshiba satellite pro c-50-a laptop. Wondering, maybe ray can help. Need a free tool to check the health of my hard disk. Think it might be starting to fail. 4.5 years old. And just want to then check. Did contact the Microsoft disability answerdesk and they suggested be my eyes. But does not work with windows from what I understand. If any one has got a toshiba laptop, how did they check the health of their hard disk.
Any ideas.

Hi, no, did not do that. Will go and do that. Did post on the CHAD group. At groups.io, and tried three software tools. My hard disk or hard disks are healthy and basic, my particions, and also my c drive and my external drive. The only reason to update to a new laptop, is when I need one. If the hard disk was dying. So, this old machine 4.5 years old. Should I still hang on to it, or get a brand new laptop, like a Lenovo and also a new external drive. Had this 1 tb mini external drive almost 10 years. What would you recommend if you were in my situation.

I hope you can get calmed down. Panic attacks are no fun. You are lucky though because you can still -post in the groups while having a panic attack. Mine used to get so bad I could not do anything but try to calm down and breathe.
Have you tried warm milk or tea? When I would have one someone would get me to drink some hot tea and just concentrate on breathing slowly .

Well good Thursday morning to my dear and beloved Wagoneers and Wagonettes!
Folks, I never could have been more happier in my whole life. God answers prayers! My beloved Mimi is now on the mend,at last! She is still in the hospital, but we received word that she is improving, so Praise be to God for this! I just know everything will be fine.
Now folks, I have a very important thing I wanna say to you, and in all ways, I am relieved. Dad talked to a couple of doctors, and they are all saying that Dr. Saman is the only one here who understands about people such as my self, and come to think of it, this is a huge relief. I was scared about going to a new DR as I have to go through it all over again, but you know what? I am never, ever, ever! going to go, to Angoda now!!! Ammi told me last night that she and dad asured me that I am never going to that hospital. Dr. Saman is coming to a close clinic close to our house tomorrow, so I will be most likely leaving in the afternoon. What a relief! If I ever, ever have to be hospitalised for anything like severe depression or sleep issues, I am gonna ask him as to whether I can stay at a hospital close by and Lunawa or maybe somewhere else but definitely not Angoda yay! You see friends, Lunawa, Nawalokka, etc, I am more safe. Angoda I feel horrified and unsafe. It’s pitiful. Mom and dad are all on my side!
Folks, I have not felt the same since discontinuing those other nasty meds Lithium and Atomoxetine. Dr. Saman is going to be so happy when I tell him that I am having no angry outbursts now! Some people have a hard time realizing some meds can cause harmful side effects, but dad told me one extremely important thing and I will never forget for as long as I live.
If I misbehave anywhere, then! he said, he will never ever lie to me. I will go to Angoda, if I throw things, break things, curse at people loudly, scream etc. Now I have realized this and now I am not even all over the map in severe impatience when I ask dad for music! I am very, very patient, and now, I always tell him, please take your time. No rush. Before I would pester poor Tim and dad, “oh have you put the funds, have you put the funds, have you put the funds?” Now I have completely stopped doing that and that earlier was my deepest regret. I have grown up. Think in our 30s we mature. I will be 95 in September! Oh oh I mean, 35! Lol!
I check twice a week with dad just to remind him, but I don’t do this every day now! See... this is the reason Angoda was so firm with me about ordering music before. I was always acting like a spoiled little brat who did not know patience. Folks, I, literally, have over 2000 music in my drives! I can be a country DJ! As my sweet darling angel of a sister Amanda would say, hivi kadisa! Lol!2000! That is a lot of music! I love it all.
Well for breakfast I am having peanut butter! Yummy! For lunch probably some papaya, and for dinner rice, lentils, beans, spinach and fish! Yum!
I will listen to the King Elvis and Lefty today! Now all my dreams are coming true at last!
Sandhy, please, please accept my sincerest apologies for the very nasty abusive way I treated you and to everyone. I love you so much and you and all did not deserve all that nasty posts on your timeline. I was so manic, now that mania feeling has subsided after discontinuing Lithium and Atomoxetine. Praise God.
