Ocean: And no to every meme that hits poor Christmas for that matter. Christmas gets absolutely wallopped by chain letters of this sort and every other kind, from hackneyed jokes to drippy tear-jerking stories that make everyone want to spread them. Which is the end goal of all such memes. That's what makes them memes.

Ocean: I do not agree with memes that try to put a downer on everybody's Christmas by making them so scared of the words "happy holidays".
Just say Merry Christmas, write it out yourself, say it audibly. Don't even mention happy holidays. Or if you want to say that, it's your choice, do not let either political correctness or memes tell you what to say at Christmas, or any time for that matter.
