Well well good happy Saturday morning to everyone of you!
Folks, after the long counseling session Nirosh and I had yesterday, I feel like a completely different person now! I am extremely, very happy, have forgotten every one of the cyber abusers, and am just laughing at them. I am very, very thrilled now! Yes!!! Dr Saman is onl eave today, but Nirosh said that he may call tomorrow Monday, but this time I am in no rush! I am gonna go for a nice long walk this evening with Vasantha. And? Guess where I’m going! I am gonna be going for a lunch outing at my aunt’s Sicile’s place!!! Yay yay yay!!! Oh my Lord and Saviour, Jesus thank you for this!!! This is the best weekend I am ever gonna have!!! Now my life is totally turning around! God bless Aunty Cicile, she wanted to make me feel better by going to her house to have some lunch, and I said, why, of course I will!!! I am not sure what this ole cowboy’s gonna eat, but I am very much looking forward to this! I am going for an outing, at! last! What a sweetheart!
You’ll never believe what I’m getting! My friend’s sending Screamin’ Jay Hawkins’s material! He is another favorite and a great entertainer!
Well! I will email you all when I return home and let you know how the lunch outing went! Oh my gosh, I am happy as ever! I am so joyful. My wonderful Uncle Irenus is going along with us too!

Hi everyone! Oh! You, are going to be very, very proud of me! I had such a glorious time at my aunt Sicile’s place, and we had a lovely lunch of fried rice, prawns, chicken and potatoes! It was very, very tasty! I then had some chocolate cookie puddin’ which was great! Yeah! Puddin’! Lol! I haven’t seen Mary in years. Um, huh? Yeah! Really! Lol! I played the piano, and I was joking and laughing and we had a beautiful, fantastic time. I thoroughly enjoyed my self and see? Nirosh was right and all of you were! This helped me forget about the sadness of these people abandoning me. I love you! I am gonna have a light ddinner of maybe string hopppers or something.
I am also cutting back on my caffeine intake. Life is just wonderful now! My dad, bless his heart, mom too, are so worried. Means the world to have such loving family and parents. I played the piano and sang Jimmie Rodgers’s Train Whistle Blues! I yodeled on it too! Lol! I thoroughly enjoyed my self!

Folks, I have been now listening to a lot of Ernest Tubb’s music and it has been chearing me up a lot. I have all the Bear box sets by Ernest, and he truly was one of the most nicest, unselfish people ever in country music. He helped so many many people get their start, some of which are Elvis, Hank Williams, Hank Snow, George Hamilton IV, Jack Green, Carl Smith, CalSmith, Loretta Lynn and so on.
His son Justin was also a great human being and now I have gotten into the Tubbs a lot! What super legends they are. Sittin’ in the Bath Tub listening to the Tubbs! LOL!!! Sorry, couldn’t resist. LOL!
I talked to Ammi this morning and she is so happy that I have become a new man. All is just brilliant, I am gonna get out of the house twice/3 times a week! I know dad is super happy too!
I am having some Cheerios for breakfast, most likely fish rolls for lunch, and rice for dinner!

I am gonna be listening to Jimmie Davis, Ernest and Justin Tubb! God has been ever so good to me now, all his music is so theraputic. I am seeing Dr Saman this coming week most likely Friday. Now I am in no hurry! Never, ever, ever, will I flush a single thing down the commode again. I was warned this and the police saw, and I don’t blame them. I am so much changed. Love you Also? I am now officially drinking green tea. I think this ginger tea was making me a little bit anxious. I don’t know how true that is as I did look up ginger route and ginger tea, but I think that may be conflicting,, so I am not gonna drink ginger tea maybe only occasionally, but not every day. I’m now taking Valium and that has calmed me down tremendously. I know Dr Saman will understand or do something with some of my meds maybe adjust them a little. It’s great!

You know? I have been lookin' up ginger te and apparently it does have side effects. I have decided to discontinue it and drink green tea instead. Also, Ginger Tea I found was too spicy lol. Folks, there is something I want to tell you. My belly fat, my tummy is getting worrysome for everyone and I now can't say I blame them. Before I was always obnoxious saying things like, "Oh that's my business that's my business", yada yada. I regret that all now. My tummy is getting too big, so when I see my wonderful psychiatrist, Dr Saman I will have to tell him about my weight. I don't wanna take diet pills because I did!hear they can cause even more problems. We'll see! Trouble is I get so hungry I wanna over eat, but not during the day only night. I definitely don't wanna get diabetes. I am gonna ask Vasantha to take me for a nice walk today! He is our caregiver!

Sure hope this finds you doing great today! Slept very well! Had my PC scanning all night, so now it looks like it removed the threats. Think windows defender need to be turned on as the new windows update changed a few things. Anyway, I changed my passworrd completely. Somebody hacked into my email using my name and wrote a very nasty, sick email. I won’t dare forward it. It was so vile. I really do not know what is the mattter with these people.
Well! I’m having Cheerios for breakfast, probably some fish patties for lunch, and rice for dinner! One of my dear friends said that rice can actually cause weight gain and she’s right. See, the rice we eat is helthy. My family don’t eat it for dinner every night. We eat SL dishes like hoppers, roti, egg hoppers, chicken hopppers and so on. I sure love my rice lol! I might have pumpkin curry and beef curry tonight! Yummy!
Well dad’s gonna put the funds on my order sometime today, so that is gonna be great! I may see Dr Saman on Thursday or Friday. I will be going for a 30 minute walk later this evening! Woohoo! Dad is delighted I am doing very well. Even mom! I will listen to Hank Locklin and Eddy Arnold!
